It tackles the three things the major listing portals (realestate.com.au and Domain) don't solve for buyers: you can't see the real price, you can't see the real risks in one place, and you can't keep useful notes on what you've inspected. It delivers what a buyer's agent provides during the research-and-shortlisting phase for free, and offers human buyer's-agent (BA) services when a buyer needs negotiation, auction bidding, or contract review.

- **Price reveal (free, no account):** Paste a realestate.com.au or Domain listing URL and Bluffless shows the price the agent actually expects, even when the public listing says "Contact Agent", "$800k+", or shows only an auction guide. Every reveal has a shareable public link so you can send it to a partner.
- **Buyer toolkit (free account):** Plain-English risk overlays — flood, bushfire, heritage, biodiversity, easements, zoning, and nearby commission housing, schools, transport, shops, and main roads — plus comparable sales, suburb context (median price, growth, yield, days on market, vacancy), and a shortlist with notes, ratings, custom tags, and rejection reasons. Shortlists can be shared with a partner or family member, and properties can be compared side by side.
- **Buyer Pass (paid quarterly):** Everything in the free account plus unlimited saved searches, a daily email brief of new matching listings with price and risk baked in, AI-assisted document review (contracts, strata, building & pest) that flags risks and unusual clauses, and an agent-question generator tailored to each listing's detected risks.
